I think I can speak for both of us when I say neither of us ever imagined this is where we would end up. I'm pretty sure my closest Family and Friends had pretty much given up on me ever finding anyone to put up with me ;) Who would have ever thought two stubborn, independent, set in our ways people would actually find each other. And have the patience to tolerate someone else. Messing up their space - rearranging their life. This man waited over a year for me to even concede to one date. During that year, as he waited patiently on me to change my mind. I discovered my best friend. I also discovered a man that oh so slowly peeled back the layers I had built around my heart. Finally after some nudging from my family and friends they convinced me This Man thinks you are worth it. Saying yes to that 1st date was the best decision I have made in my entire life. After two great years of dating he got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. As the wedding day approaches and the excitement grows I can't wait to step into the future hand and hand with this wonderful man of mine. God knows exactly when you need something and when it's the right time.
